I got this for Christmas. I have a 2016 q5, It took me about 3 hours to install, but that includes watching installation videos and reading instructions carefully. I made a mistake and didn’t connect a tiny cable. I called customer service and they patiently and professionally walked me through the process and we found the mistake quickly and was resolved in no time. The system works amazing, bright screen, and has more sound options than the original MMI so the sound quality is enhanced when playing music. Definitely will recommend! All the steering wheel controls and center dash knobs and buttons work with the new system as well and you can toggle between the new interface and the old one by pressing “back” for 3 seconds. Super easy! All you need is radio keys for the installation, a t20, 3mm socket wrench or drill, small Phillips head screw driver, everything else is provided in the kit.

Looks so clean and so nice. Install was with a local car audio shop, although you could do yourself. Improves functionality of the back up camera and EQ for stock sound system to really squeeze out the best sound from the speakers.

Just installed the screen and it works great. Instructions are poor, so find one of the videos to make it easy. Took me about 2 hours.

The media could not be loaded.It’s amazing to finally have a touch screen display screen in the car. The sound quality is over the top especially with all 3 combine. You can also adjust the sound quality if you like. It’s cheaper compared to the other companies I came across selling a display screen. The installation took me 4 hours, so make sure you spare of time. The function are great as you can see in the video I attached. It still uses the car original function and switch back to the original screen with no trouble. My back camera works the same as well. It’s pretty durable and I love it. Make sure you have all the right tools. I have a 2016 Audi Q5 and I needed radio removal key, T20 screwdriver and a 8MM screwdriver as well. Everything else is provided in the bag. You also need to watch a few YouTube videos to understand the full instructions on the paper.
