I have a 2017 Honda HR-V which doesn’t come with CarPlay. My wife has a CR-V with CarPlay built in, so I really wanted it for my car. Unfortunately, you can’t just upgrade the Infotainment unit Honda provides, because the vehicle’s settings are integrated with the head unit. There was a hack-y way to do it with an old head unit from a 2016 CR-V, but I didn’t like the way those looked.I purchased a 9” CarPlay screen from Jataza back in April. The 9” model I purchased had a built in dashcam. I loved it! I finally had CarPlay… but it was large (5.35” tall by 8.8” wide) and took up a lot of my front windshield’s view space. It was also kind of heavy, so it wouldn’t work with the included window mount. I had to use the dash mount, which I was hoping to avoid. Before purchasing that one, I looked at a few models that weren’t as tall and were wider like this smaller one. I was afraid the display would be too smooshed getting the wide, short one. After a couple months, I finally decided to purchase this one. I was pleasantly surprised that it was significantly shorter height than the dashcam model and the display isn’t smooshed like I was expecting. This one is listed as a 10” screen (measured diagonally), but it is only 3.75” tall. Much better for cars with smaller front windshield spaces. This model was from Jataza too, so the dash mount I used for the previous model fit this one. I didn’t have to re-route wires or anything. I was able to just snap this one in place of the old one and connect to it via Bluetooth. This is exactly what I was hoping for and I am a very happy camper! I should have gotten this one to begin with!

Definately worth the upgrade, easy to install and we paired this to an iPhone over bluetooth and CarPlay runs flawlessly. Display size is wide with excellent resolution even at a hot sunny day.We mounted this in the dashboard and sturdy enough and ran the aux cord and power supply from the console to the dash. We used it for close to a 3 months now and no issues so far.Truly recommend this CarPlay screen to any cars (old and do not support CarPlay/AndroidPlay)

This far the product has worked as advertised. It is a fantastic addition to our older Yukon! It was simple to install, connect and use and this far we are pleased with our choice. For the cost vs. value it has proven to be an ideal choice.

This is a cool product. Our 2019 Toyota Sequoia doesn’t have native car play, and after installing a car play compatible head unit in my daily driver, I wanted it in the Sequoia. This unit feels well made. It comes nicely packaged. It is large and at first, seems like an odd shape, but as a supplement to the stock radio, the aspect ratio is perfect. It is the right shape for my favorite car play view, allowing the map to be the primary display, with a small music sidebar.I only had to plug it into power. Unfortunately, my phone didn’t see it to connect to it initially. I thought I got a bad unit, but I tapped the icon for a factory reset, and then my phone connected to it immediately. You can connect the audio to your stock radio in several ways. The most seamless and best quality sound is to simply connect your Bluetooth as usual to your stock radio, and connect at the same time your phone to the wireless display. My iPhone connected to both perfectly simultaneously. If you don’t have Bluetooth on your car radio, you can use an aux cord, or transmit to an FM radio station. The power cord that it comes with has a USB A connector on it to connect other devices and charge them while driving. The screen is hard-wired to this power adapter. I did however run into an issue trying to charge my phone on this same adapter, I believe it would draw too much power away from the screen, because it would power if if I tried charging my phone through it. No big deal; I just moved my phone over to the other charge port in my car and charged my AirPods on that port instead, which requires a lot less power. Overall, I am pleased with this device, especially for the price! It made our 6-hour road trip over the 4th of July weekend a lot more enjoyable.
