- Durable and Safe The base of the battery terminal block is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon, the nuts and screws are made of stainless steel, and the gasket is made of copper, stable in structure. This is very robust with five posts for connections, but it also can serve as a distribution point for other full circuits. In a pinch, you could use the smaller screws to secure smaller + and – things into the bus bars. It is a very good option for vans, boats, and solar options of all kinds.
