We have a shipping scale that uses a phone cord to go from the display to the scale. The old cable lost the insulation around some wires and was shorting out. The insulation on the wires of this cable are molded in so it should last longer. No complaints here.

While the “10 ft uncoiled” might be accurate, I would Not try to stretch it that far when moving around the room. I have it attached to a large heavy phone/fax unit and when I stretched it to about 7 & 3/4 feet, the unit started to be pulled from it’s spot on the desk.The short resting coiled length is nice & does not get tangled in other things like a longer cord might.I like that there are 2 cords to have a spare but hoping this one lasts many years.Seems to be well made & call quality is good.

The media could not be loaded.This cable is longer than your typical phone cord cables, so if you need extra reach it will definitely provide it. I’m not sure I’d want to unstretech it to the full 25 ft (I’d worry that the coil may get stretched out of shape) but you can definitely extend it to 9 or 12 feet and have it snap back to fully coiled.This cable has RJ9 plugs on both ends, which match up with all standard landline telephones (POTS – Plain Old Telephone System).It also perfectly fits / replaces the handbox cable for a Meade LX200 telescope with AutoStar II handbox.

25′ black coiled telephone cord for landline. Plugged it into my Aunt’s phone and went from maybe 6′ to up to 25′. My aunt lives in an ALF studio apt. so this cable allows her to move all over the room, without having to move the phone every time she wants to sit in her recliner. Really helpful since we had to move from a wireless phone system.

This replacement telephone cord is 16 ft of cord uncoiled, about 2ft long coiled. It’s a great replacement cord for a desk phone and long enough that you can reach from one side of the desk to the other without it pulling my phone. I replaced the default cord on my desk phone with this one and it gave me a little more reach over the one it came with. It is made well and works great, and was affordable too. If you need a replacement phone cord this is a good value.
