The features and benefits of this light have been covered well by previous reviewers, and I agree.Here are some additional observations from my first few days of use:The highest light level is much too bright for video calls, unless the light is placed on a tripod, considerably back from your head. Fortunately, the light level can be turned down. If your face shows too much glare, aside from using face powder, try layering a sheet or two of facial tissue over the light to diffuse it further.The three-step color temperature adjustment enables you to optimize lighting for non-person things (products, crafts, etc.) or to light your face for video calls, where the warm color temperature is more flattering.The battery life is amazingly long. I left mine on to do a battery run-down test, and it ran for over 4 hours before I gave up. It does not overheat.Mounting the light on top of a desktop monitor may be tricky or subject to being knocked off. The small tabs that move in or out, depending on the angle of the mounting arms, retract too far to be stable, depending on the thickness of the monitor screen.In summary, this is an inexpensive and portable solution for video conference calls, product photo lighting, or even as a lamp for power outages.

If you want more light, this is it. It’s so bright, I want to wear sunglasses. It may sound like a joke, but don’t look directly into the light; unless you put it on a low, light setting. —Also, glad about the fact that a pressure-clamp is NOT needed to have on laptop or monitor. —Haven’t used/attached the tripod yet. Hopefully that works fine; if not, I’ll update my comment/rating later.

Works well to provide light for video calls. My computer isn’t convenient for USB powered lights. This being rechargeable is perfect for me. Mounts securely to the top of my monitor.

From the packaging to the performance, this light is spectacular! Easy to set up, come with a tripod stand and a convenient soft pouch that fits the light, tripod, and power cord. It’s more convenient than a ring light. I love it!
