I’ve had other headphones that even with the phones turned up to maximum volume, were not loud enough. This one I had to turn the phone’s volume down, so there is plenty of “headroom”. My two phones, home and cell, have different sockets, 2.5 (3/32″) and 3.5 (1/8″) and the supplied plugs fit them perfectly. These headphones work great for taking orders over the phone as they leave my hands free, I can actually type with both hands instead of one-fingering it. Just what I needed.
