I work in a call center and use my headset everyday. I was nolongrr getting a full days use from the head set before the battery was dead. I took thevheadset battery out and took a photo of the battery specs. This was the only battery that I could find with the correct specs for the headset. I didn’t want to purchase two batteries but this was the only way I could buy the battery I needed. Buying these two batteries were still cheaper than buying 1 from Plantronics. Batteries arrived in timely fashion. I installed the battery into my headset and let it charge up overnight before using the headset. The following morning I updated the headset firmware and installed the latest drivers for the Plantronics headset.works like new again.

The Gikysuiz 2-Pack Replacement Batteries is a perfect fit for the Plantronics SAVI 8220 Series Wireless Headset.One key advantage is the 3.8V specification, unlike many competitors that offer 3.7V batteries which never seem to fully charge.The included screwdriver is of high quality, engineered to fit the screw heads perfectly, eliminating the frustrating issue of tool slippage commonly encountered with other kits.The package includes two batteries, providing both immediate replacement and a spare for future use. I hope the second battery has a long shelf life, to be effective when needed at a later time.

It seems like the original battery lasted for ever (3 years or more). This replacement lasted 9 months. Not terrible… not great
