Originally I just wanted a pair of headphones so I figured I would try them out but once I finally received the package I opened it up and I was absolutely astonished!!When I picked up the headphones from the elegant pillow they were laying in there was a very bright glow lighting up the room coming from the headphones. I wasn’t sure if the glow was coming from the reflection of the sun from the high quality chrome or just the headphones themselves but it was utterly breathtaking.Once I got over the true beauty and craftsmanship of the headphones I was finally able navigate the headphones on my head and really experience the pure essence of how music should truly sound. I felt the music was being orchestrated right in front of my very eyes. Crystal clear sound and crisp treble, just how the artist intended their music should be played. The adrenaline and euphoric experience pumping into my ears took me back in time while listening to the best in the industry such as Nickelback and Third Days Grace. Even the corded wire gives you that sensation that you are actually in the recording studio with them.Words couldn’t express the intensity I felt that day. Completely euphoric and state of trance experience….

Overall, I like these headphones. Still, at $35 one should adjust expectations. You aren’t getting monitor caliber cans at this price. But you can get a very serviceable set of everyday type phones. That’s how I would describe these 2Cans.They sound pretty decent. I have certainly heard worse for more money. Voicing is skewed toward lower frequencies. Not to say they are muddy or boomy sounding – they aren’t. The low frequencies are crisp and solid. But mid-frequencies are a little more subdued than I’d like. After a bit of time, my ears adapted and things kind of leveled out (the human brain is an amazing thing). So the sound balance isn’t a problem for me now.As for the build quality, I would say it is better than average for the price. I use these in an office environment on a daily basis and they’ve held up well over the past few months. But then, I am rather careful with them and don’t toss them around or take them places. They get used at my desk and put away in my drawer when the day is done. If you intend to give these to a teenager on the move or carry them around everywhere you go, your mileage may vary.Fit/Comfort is where these cans slip a bit. Ear pieces are up/down adjustable as they are for most cans. And it’s pretty easy to slide them to the right spot using the built-in detents. The ear pieces also twist forward and back which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the cushions are a little too small for most people’s ears. I don’t have particularly large ears and mine feel a bit crammed inside them. After a half hour or so it can get a bit painful. The worst aspect in terms of comfort though is the spring pressure of the phones when on your head. I have a slightly smaller than average head size and these things squeeze pretty tightly. Again, after a half hour the pain will have you wanting to take these off. There is no way to adjust this aspect that I have found. The best I can do is tweak the cans forward or aft a bit to decrease the pressure. But that ends up breaching the seal causing a loss of fidelity. So there you go. It’s a good set at $35, but it is not without its flaws. Sound and build quality are more than acceptable. But these are not cans you are going to wear for an hour or two without a break.

I’m impressed! These are so comfortable & it was easy to attach 1/4” jack for my keyboard, 8 track recorder & speaker. Sound quality is great!

I bought these headphones for my son to plug into a digital piano. He also uses them when gaming on his computer. He absolutely loves them, and uses them constantly. I appreciate the design, with the connectors on the headphones. That way a frayed or broken wire can be replaced cheaply and conveniently. The sound is very good. I have a pair of studio headphones that I compared with these. These are significantly warmer, lacking a bit of the treble and upper mids. However, on music that is recorded less than perfectly, that can be a blessing. They have a very enjoyable sound that is super easy to live with, and they are a great value.

I was in the market for some headphones that I could monitor audio with, and these did not disappoint. I had some 20 dollar Sony headphones, and these blew them right out of the water. If you’re on a budget, and looking for some decent headphones to start monitoring audio, this is definitely a good choice for the task considering the price tag and the sound quality.
