   I mainly wanted something for fishing and hiking just to capture moments in time without having to grab my phone out all the time. This does all of that wonderfully. The picture quality is great, it is easy to use once you get used to it (read the manual, twice), and it has held up to a few months of use so far with no signs of wear.

   After using the ARMORHAWK A7 Body Camera for several weeks, I’m thoroughly impressed with its 2K high-definition recording capabilities. The footage is crisp and clear, for what it is, capturing intricate details that are essential for security purposes. Whether used during daytime or nighttime, the camera consistently delivers outstanding video quality.The water resistance rating provides peace of mind during rainy conditions, and the device has withstood accidental drops without any issues. Its sturdy construction makes it suitable for various demanding environments.The long battery life ensures that the camera remains operational throughout extended use, andthe ample storage capacity allows for continuous recording without frequent data transfers. The built-in Wi-Fi feature simplifies the process of reviewing and transferring footage, making it convenient to manage recordings on the go.While the camera performs exceptionally well, it’s slightly bulkier than expected. However, this is a minor trade-off considering its durability and feature set. Additionally, familiarizing oneself with the various functions and settings may take some time, but the user manual provides clear instructions to ease this process.In summary, the ARMORHAWK A7 Body Camera is a reliable and high-performing device suitable for professionals in security and law enforcement.    The media could not be loaded.This little body-cam has very good video and photo quality which is one of the most important features a body-cam can have. I’ve used it in the daytime and at night and details in photos and videos are easily discernible. Clarity is better at night when recording in black and white.As with any small body camera that offers so many features, the buttons are multi-functional and it will take practice to learn them. On the right side of the camera are the three, stop/start recording buttons for video, audio or photos. On the left side is the off/on button and IR button followed by three multi-function buttons that control the menu and lights. Several buttons will activate lights when pressed for several seconds. It’s easy to tell when the camera is on as there is a green LED in the front plus the screen in the back turns on. When videos are being recorded, the green light blinks and there is an option for an audible “click” to confirm buttons are pushed.I’m impressed with the photo and 4K video quality for such a small unit and it’s much better than my previous body cam. The 64GB memory is built-in and can only be accessed using the USB Type Mini-B cable that’s included in spite of the ad stating it’s on a micro SD card.The kit includes several ways to mount it on clothing and it comes with a handy charging stand for the internal 2000 mAh battery that is long lasting. There is a white light option, alarm and a red/blue strobe setting with alarm.Cons: The one big complaint I have is that the buttons are too easy to mix up. Body cams should have easy to see and feel buttons that are clearly marked using different colors. With such a small camera it’s easy to mix up the buttons and it’s not a good idea to have to look away and study the camera buttons when it’s an emergency situation.-Bottom Line: Excellent Body Cam that will take some practice to master the buttons. It takes excellent quality photos and videos and is sturdily built.

   Reviewing ARMORHAWK Body Camera with UHD 4K Video Audio Recording -I ordered this for hiking and dog walks. These days, you can never be too safe. A lady in our town was walking her big dog and was attacked by an off-leash little dog. The little dog owner came up as she was trying to protect herself and her big dog and he had the nerve to say ‘if your dog attacks mine, I’ll make sure the city kills it!”.He did pick up his dog but saw that the lady had been bitten by his dog and instead of being a decent human and helping the lady and offering to pay for medical care, he screamed at her about her aggressive dog and called the police, saying he was attacked by a large, aggressive dog. When the police got there, they took his statement, and he gave the same lie. Luckily, one of the houses had a camera and showed the exact opposite had happened. Unfortunately for him, the police weren’t happy about being lied to and he was charged with false reporting. From what we hear, he had to pay a hefty fine and spend some time in jail. Yay for justice and cameras.What if there’s not a house with a camera nearby? I hike a lot, with my dog a lot of the time. This camera helps me not worry about this sort of thing. I also helps me know if I meet someone nefarious along the way, at least I’ll have clear video of the encounter. The picture quality it takes is great. The screen picture quality is really nice also. It is operated via buttons on the case, and they are not very intuitive but with repetition, it’s easy to get the hang of.It can take up to 128GB microSD card. It comes with s 64GB of microSD card though, so if you don’t want to install a larger SD card, you don’t need to. It’s small, easy to hide. Its also easy to recharge via the charging base and USB cable that it comes with. It has two mounting clips and doesn’t look like it will work with other mounting clips.Overall, I like the quality and the size. I do wish it came with a case for when it is not in use. Especially for the price. Rating 4 stars.
