The media could not be loaded.This Atoto A5 Lite is the best entry-level 2G/3G Andriod Head Unit in the market in 2025. It is swift to connect. It has lots of great features, such as a dual internet connection, YouTube app, Chat GPT, and OBDII app to diagnose the car. You need the module for this to work. I can watch YouTube when the vehicle is parked. I can also download Android apps on the head unit. It is a tablet, so you can do whatever you want. The screen and camera are of high-definition quality and very clear. As of this writing, I have been unable to get the included dashcam to work. That is the only issue I have with the unit. It might be a defective camera. Also, I like that you can update firmware and apps over the air. This is a massive advantage over the Atoto F7WE, which I just upgraded from. Overall, I give this head unit a 9/10 rating. I love it and hope to get the dashcam working soon. You will love this unit like I have and will not regret it.

The media could not be loaded.Very good product, I love the wireless car play feature! Seems to work seemingly and automatically connect to my vehicle every time. The backup camera is nice with a few different options and features, such as guided lines. Very quality system for a good price!

This is a very high quality head unit for the price. There are some challenges and shortcomings you should be aware of, but nothing to strongly recommend against it.The instructions are a little confusing because you’re supposed to look them up based on a model number that isn’t actually printed on the unit anywhere. There’s a “base” model number, but every one of the manuals is named after a specific variant of that base. You’ll see what I mean if you try to look it up.Installation instructions, are pretty well written and illustrated and the wiring harness is well labeled.Operationally there are two things I very much do not like, but these things are not likely to bother everyone. Firstly, the main screen can’t really be customized. There’s a reason every single product image and instructional video has the exact same image. It’s made to look like an album cover, but it’s just a fixed generic image that can’t be changed or replaced. If you’re using this for CarPlay then you probably won’t care.The other issue is that the WiFi connectivity is exceedingly weak. You can be two feet from the source and still only have a couple of bars. There’s no exposed WiFi radio and according to the manufacturer there is no way to make this better by attaching an external antenna. For most use cases this will not be an issue, but it was very annoying to me.Finally I want to say that the customer support is excellent. They respond thoughtfully and in great detail to emailed inquiries and are very knowledgable and eager to help. This is a pretty big deal and I appreciate it.

Upgraded from the A6PF and have to say it was definitely worth it. The installation was easy. I have to say the biggest quality of life updates have to be the interface and response time. Both are a big improvements. The Android Auto connects faster and smoother as well. I already have the atoto preamp with different aftermarket speakers for the front and back so the sound is already great. The eq seems better as well. I already love the sound options on Atoto products. Definitely worth the price. I’m sticking with Atoto.

The media could not be loaded.Just installed this today. It works great. You Will want an interface for newer cars. Bright , quick, good sound, great vid playback. Android Auto “wireless” is great. And Bluetooth tethering and wifi work great. Volume Control is push button on the unit and steering wheel controlled…Atoto did send me this head unit to test and give honest review. I will be updating in a few weeks and posting video review on YouTube… and here…Drive chat wasn’t hard to set up either. A little slow in responces at first. But the AI tech is solid. More to come…If you are looking for a solid new tech. AI head unit that doesn’t beat up the bank i would highly suggest this one.
