These are great speakers for the cost. I’m using these in a multi-purpose workout and kids play room and these are a step up from the speakers I previously had installed. My only concern is that there is no enclosure on the back to seal the speakers from insulation and dust. This wasn’t an issue with my installation, but could be for others.

After reading many reviews, mostly positive Inwas still a bit skeptical that the speakers may not provide enough sound as I installed them in my ceiling in the living room which is 19ft. Needless to say these little guys are quite amazing. Sound is nice and clear, and the installation was a breeze. I hope they last a long time as I am very impressed so far. We use them for surround sound and for playing music. Highly recommended especially for the price.

Great value here, had read good reviews elsewhere online and price was very reasonable. Unboxing revealed a very unassuming speaker, no major crossover networks and not much too it, also disappointed they didn’t have spring terminals as advertised. After installing, pleasantly surprised by sound quality! I have a hi-end audiophile system and to my ears these sound great. I installed in master bedroom and bathroom, replaced 20 yr old klipsch scr-1’s and sound is much better now. I ended up soldering my own spring terminals. The frames are light and no real housing, but I had speaker boxes and insulation from previous set. At less than $20/speaker you really can’t beat the value for the sound quality you get. I’m happy.
