The media could not be loaded.What I liked about the system was that it was so easy to hook up, plug and play, it came with everything you need. What I didn’t expect was how wide the viewing angles were, that I loved because I didn’t need to put up more cameras to cover that area. The color night viewing is so clear. The tech support is very helpful and they get back to you within hours not days

These are screenshots from the Annke app. The image quality is quite stunning when on the local display. The streaming capability is very reliable and relatively low bandwidth. We’re at the very end of a DSL line. The tech support via email has about a one day turn around and they have followed up to make sure it was resolved. We didn’t understand how to share the app with others.We also have two IP cameras that we added that are connected via wireless bridges. We simply clicked quick add, modified the username and password for the IP cameras and voila they were online and on the app. One is IP only the other is a PTZ ONVIF protocol camera and it works perfect.I would recommend Annke. I’ll update with any issues.

2 Jan 21: Well, life is better now that the NvR recorder unit has arrived. I’ve opened the equipment and now reading the manual leads me to discover this is not a plug and play system. Need a router, need a screen. Not a problem other than time to find and buy them. I’ll let y’all know how things turn out and that will take a while because I am not that savvy with equipment set up. Still, willing to learn. The manual, BTW, gets a 98 grade for good pictures and grammar. Nice job, if slightly over my head. That’s on me.

When I called Annke Customer Service I spoke to Hugo!! And he was Great he took time out to walk me through step by step on how to add my new Annke camera system to my phone!! He’s the Best!!! Would recommend this device to All!!! Again Hugo Great Customer Service!!!
