   I love being able to print (almost) lab-quality photos whenever I want. I brought this compact printer to a wedding and was able to give the couple a stack of prints at the post-wedding brunch. They were ecstatic to have a tangible keepsake so quickly. The print quality is good, though the color saturation isn’t great. But it’s quick and easy. The only caveat is that if you print in a dusty (or in my case, pet hairy) area, print flaws can occur due to the paper being fed through multiple print passes.Yes, it’s wasteful compared to inkjets and the price per print is higher, but the convenience and portability make it worthwhile to me.

   Wow, wow, wow—I love this printer. Total game changer! I used it to create a full photo wall in my bedroom (and I mean, it covers the walls), and now I use it for occasional prints to frame around the house or give to friends and family.It’s super easy to use, and the color quality is seriously impressive. I’ve never had a paper jam, and it prints only in 4×6 size, which is exactly what I expected and perfect for what I need.The best part? The ink and paper bundles are super affordable—about $38 for 108 prints, which is such a steal compared to printing services.I’m not sharing the photo wall because I’d rather keep our faces private, but I will share one it printed of my dog—just to show the quality. If you’re thinking about getting this, do it. It’s been worth every penny.

   The prints from this printer look great! They print closer to color (even compared to my local camera store!) however I do recommend brightening shadows; this printer will lose details in shadows. This can connect directly to your devices, via the app, or over wifi, helpful for somebody that prints from the phone and the laptop. You do have less customizability (including crop) when you’re printing on the computer and the app disconnects from my printer every time I change connecting type or when I shut the printer off. Overall though, the product is nice.Pro:true to color printsgreat image quality”fast” (for a sublimation print)prints aren’t too expensive (about 108 for $32) and refills typically come with the ink cartridgenote: I did see that there are two versions from canon but they appear to be the same quality in printsCon:details can be lost in shadows (brighten your photos to avoid that)limited sheets in the photo paper load (tedious if you’re printing a lot)finicky app and connection sometimesprinting paper can be hard to find sometimes (currently I only see them on amazon, no brick or mortor shops stock them)

   I got this printer to use in the field for my many photographic jobs. I love it. It works well and the pictures it produces are amazing quality. The app makes coming up with unique designs cool and easy. There are several different settings in there to create collages or even change the border color. I only use 4 by 6 paper in this there are other options I will. It be searching out. Canon came up with a sleek system for the ink and paper setup that makes things easy as heck. I think it’s 36 prints per cartridge it could be more, but the way the;aper and cartridge kits come it is accurate in use for paper to ink ratio for sure. I have never had any paper jam or malfunction of this printer ever. The ink capacity and print size are great for most cases I use it for. And if you add a battery to this printer ever it now becomes a portable powerhouse as the battery life is tremendous. It’s not for everyone but if you want accurate beautiful fast pictures this is the one for you.
