   I love this product. If you are looking for a simple easy way of hiding cables and do not want to over pay this item is amazing. It is cheap and super easy to install. No need for a mounting bracket so you save even more money. We are remodeling our house and bought some of these because my husband is a HUGE electronic geek. So he wanted the “WOW” factor when people come over. I did my research and found out that these are some of the best to buy because it is so easy to install that you don’t need instructions. So because my husband isn’t big on reading I ordered some of these. I couldn’t be happy with my purchase. It only took about 2 minutes to install both in the wall and it looks amazing. Holds 3 cables no problem. I will say that if you are wanting to use this mount for your television you may want to consider buying one with a receptacle because most television do not give a really long cable.

   I had to pull ten Cat6 data cables from an office to some access points and remote wired devices. I was looking for ways to do this while keeping costs down and making the installation neat. I tried this cover, and I am glad I did. The installation couldn’t have gone better, and the cables neatly snake out of the wall behind the switch and router stack. The cover has little inside brushes that close around each cable, keeping dust, bugs, or air infiltration from the attic, where the wires run into and up the inner wall of the office. The finished product was great and so simple to install for “old work.” I am sorry for not photographing my handiwork, but just didn’t think of it, before I finished that job. By the way, the price has gone up 3x from the price I paid. Why would that happen?

   I used this for a tv mount installation. Very easy to use. One small thing is the wings could be stronger. But other than that it’s a very good item. Will continue to use it for my installations.I have found just recently that they carry one with a bigger HDMI cable. It’s 45-0008 WH
