   I never like how my pictures of craft projects turn out and after researching how to make them better, I decided to try a light box and came across this one during my search.I’ll start off by admitting that I am new to light box photography, but this box is designed to make using it an easy process. The set up takes 2 minutes, you pull up the handle and push the base panel down which is what is keeping the box from flattening down. It’s even faster to put away, and folds up nicely for storage.On the top of the box is the light that is attached to a power cord with the light control. You can change the brightness of the light, or use the piece of fabric provided to cover the light which can produce a more diffused light source.The walls are all reflective silver material, but the box comes with a variety of backdrop colors you can use to change the look of your photo. They come rolled, which is not ideal because it creates a shadow where the backdrop goes from the bottom to up the wall. Certain colors make this stand out more than others, but I am not sure how to get rid of that area completely so it just looks like one continuous background. I will chalk that up mostly to inexperience, but the sellers should try and figure out another way of shipping the backdrops flat instead of rolled up.Although using the box is pretty straightforward, it’s a box with a light source in it, I am sure that as I use it I will learn tricks and tips along the way to get even better photos. But even my Mom, who usually requires multiple demonstrations on how to use a particular product, was able to use this after me briefly going over it it once and quickly figured out how to take good pictures with it.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend giving it a try.

   Mostly a light box like this is used to photograph products you are trying to review or sell, or else art you are particularly proud of and trying to show off on insta, so the included photographs are intended to illustrate that use case.I got this because I write reviews and photography of products is hard. You have to clear space for the photo and get the lighting right and the daylight or lack thereof interferes with the shot. Not with this. Put the product in the box with a tasteful backdrop, set the lights and snap a photo – it couldn’t be easier. The box just folds away afterward and stores very easily in a convenient bag that comes with it.I personally love it. The convenience can not be overstated. I don’t need to clean my living room to photograph a product. Case in point my living room where I shot these photographs is a mess and you might never know from most of the pictures.The lighting is great. The ring light above illuminates the products I place in it in a very attractive way and the diffuse fabric the light is filtered through and adjustable brightness keep it from illuminating the items too harshly. Reflective surfaces bounce the light so the shadows are not too extreme. I do wish the led lighting had different warmth settings. Having the option for cool or warm lighting built in would be very useful. I do like that the light is powered by usb so I can just attach any power brick I have lying around and go (I have many). The top of the box has a square hole that is covered by a hook and loop panel which presumably can be used to wire up custom lightning but I admit I don’t know its exact purpose.It’s easy to use and I think you can see how easy it makes taking pretty high quality photos. The included photos are filter free to show what you get right out of the box – or should I say inside of it?I chose subjects that were dark and a dark background to illustrate how it makes the outline of the subject pop even if it would ordinarily be hard to separate distinctly from a similar color background. I don’t even have to worry about that now, the illumination makes it very easy to distinguish. Now I can capture all the detail with half the effort.You’ll want to watch for the cease at the corner, which does create a horizontal line that can mess up your shot if you don’t align it attractively. Turning on guide lines on your camera if you have that option can help.Also recommend a turntable to help photograph objects from multiple angles. Especially anything that requires setup to display, such as action figures. Keeps you from having to constantly adjust by hand if you can simply rotate.Great product, easy to set up and store, easy to use, great value. See photos for a rough idea of the size limitations. Remember if it’s touching the top of the box or more than half its width you are going to see the sides or top of the box in the photograph without a lot of effort to hide it. The goal is for the box to be invisible but it’s only so big.The backdrops are double sided!

   Great buy for your product pictures , lighting perfect , 2 of the colour backgrounds came with marks on them ..but overall a good buy

   This was quick and easy to setup and use. Setting up the different color backgrounds was easy as well.
