   We’ve had the bundle (zonebridge and S5) for about 2 months. We almost got a Bose Sounddock 10, but so glad we didn’t. The expandability and versatility of the Sonos system is hands down worth the price. The S5 has very good sound quality (although the Bose Sounddock 10 may win in that category versus one S5), but with the easy expandability option, especially the ability to pair up speakers, any sound issues presented by a single S5 can be improved. Granted, it is expensive. But the ability to sync up multiple units or have different units play different things all wirelessly and cleanly (using our Mac, Android phone, or iPod touch to control) is amazing. We can listen to our iTunes library, Rhapsody (which we discovered through Sonos), Pandora, NPR, etc. etc. etc. The Bose Sounddock, even with Bluetooth, is not nearly as versatile. Set up is a breeze. Takes less than 5 minutes, most of that time spent removing the contents of the box….Now, with the Play3 speaker’s release, the system is even better, as the S5 (now Play5) is overkill for small spaces.

   After reading all the positive reviews, researching the product online, and comparing to other systems, I was confident this would be a good choice for our family. I purchased the Sonos S5 Zone Player and ZoneBridge Bundle, and then a second S5 Zone Player. Setting it up was exactly as I had expected it to be. Hooked the ZoneBridge into my Time Capsule, followed the installation instructions, added my music library all within 5 or so minutes. The sound is really powerful and clear. I was really pleased with the product and the easy to use wi-fi system. I then went to iTunes and downloaded the free iphone app to control the speakers from my iphone. Seriously clever. All was as it should be. I was controlling each S5 from my iphone. Brilliant. Looking forward to utilizing internet radio. For now we have been enjoying our own music library. But the potential use of these speakers is vast. Please ignore a couple of the other reviews where people were confused about setting this system up. It was incredibly easy, especially if you’re the type to understand the product you are purchasing BEFORE you get it. I am absolutely thrilled. LOVE IT!

   After researching various home music systems I settled on Sonos for its integration with the Ipod/Iphone. This bundle comes with everything needed to get your wireless home music system up and running in 10 minutes. The Zone bridge plugs directly in my wireless router allowing the Zone player to connect wirelessly to my home network and stream music from any of my computers or the internet radio stations. The desktop application is easy to install and use to setup your devices. The Ipod app can be downloaded and setup is similar to the desktop application. Use the desktop application to scan you computer or shared network folders to find music on all computers. Then use the Ipod app to control the music throughout your house. I plan to get 2 more S5 Zone Players to expand to the basement and bedrooms.The really nice thing about this system is the ability to play different music on different devices. I can listen to my music in the basement and my wife and kids can have their music upstairs. The integration of internet radio stations is really nice you can listen to different music stations throughout the world.Hopefully they will release an outdoor device in the future so I can bring my music to the back yard.
