Super simple to pair and use. The power/forward/back/volume control buttons are very straightforward and simple to remember. I love that the back is elasticized. I’ve had other headband headphones before that used velcro and my hair would invariably get caught and tangled up. My only gripe, and it’s a small one, is that they can never seem to cut the hole properly so that it lines up with the charge input.

This was maybe my 5th time ordering similar items to help with my insomnia. I’ve tried headbands (like this one), combo ones that double as an eye mask, even under pillow sound bar styles. This is THE ONE. Very affordable with 2 in the pack, and there are two standout features: the fit, with a nice narrower elastic band at the back that better secures the band in place AND a little bit of soft padding on top of the speakers that help prevent ears feeling sore after a night of use.Because of these features, I’ve rated it 5.However, if you are new to speaker headbands there are two slight downsides that may take a little time to get used to.First is the control rectangle on the forehead area. The buttons are both hard to read, and are only very slightly raised, making them a little hard to use. I’ve found the control panels on other brands to be similarly set up, so I was able to use it with no problem.Secondly, it’s a little cumbersome to attach the charging cable to the unit. When attaching it, I find I end up depressing the control panel buttons. This hasn’t presented a problem, but maybe not the most user-friendly design interface, especially for those new to such a product. After trying several brands, and replacing the ones which I used successfully until they wore out, I’ve found this one to best suit my needs.

I work in a warehouse. Ear buds aren’t allowed but I wanted to have some music in the background as I work. So far I’m very impressed with these. They’re discreet enough to go unnoticed, the sound quality is good enough to hear most of the time in my loud work environment, and they’re ridiculously comfortable. I normally can’t stand things being wrapped around my head but after a few minutes I barely notice it. I also work in a very hot environment this time of year. Even when sweaty I don’t mind it.I have not used these for their intended purpose (to sleep) so I can’t speak much on that but I will say these aren’t noise canceling at all. If you’re looking for something to drown out noise completely I would skip these. The reason they worked so well for me is because I could still hear outside noise and work safely. If you turn the volume up loud enough the sound will bleed out. For me that’s roughly 50% volume and higher. As for battery life, I’ve worn one set for three shifts so far. Roughly 7 hours of use at a time. From 100% after three days they’re only down to 70%. (The bands themselves do not have a battery life indicator, I have a widget where I can see it on my phone.)Overall, solid product. Does exactly what I need it to do, although what I need it to do is not the function that’s being advertised.

I occasionally listen to “brain wave” or sleep music to fall asleep. I hate earbuds so I’ve tried wearing real headphones to sleep, which obviously is not comfortable, and just listening to the music via bluetooth speaker at low volume, works okay but not as effective without the music directly in your ears. But these headphones is a great solution. It fits comfortably around my head and perfect for sleep. I do find that sometimes it slips around my head just a tad when I toss and turn and the speakers move away from my ears. But that’s not a deal breaker, because I just slide it back to the correct position. I don’t understand why a reviewer mentioned that this doesn’t block out light. Duh, this is NOT an eye mask to wear around your eyes! That’s why these are called headbands, not eye masks. It never ceases to amaze me…These headphones also work for walking. I don’t run a regular basis but I’ve tried running with these on. I find that it does slide off after a while, so better for just walking. They do provide much better sound than ear buds, although again, I do prefer real headphones. Still, these are easy to use, USB rechargeable, and the bluetooth connectivity works just fine. I don’t know how long the charge is good for, but I’ve worn it for a good 6 or 7 hours without it running out of power. For the price, this is a great value for two.
