Purchase this one after the last bullet antenna that I had flaked and chipped at the car wash. Very heavy and solid piece! Looks great! Good value for your money. Works as intended. Easy installation! Radio reception works perfectly. Perfect fit.

This is the second of this type of antenna that I’ve purchased and this one was a bit better than the last, but no instructions on how to install on various vehicles (I know, it doesn’t seem like rocket science …BUT), so my application is, apparently, not-so-typical?? I was able to get the threads started, but they are quite obviously somewhat off… but nothing that a great pair of vice grips and a thick shop towel cannot overcome! HAHA There is a rubber gasket/seal that goes at the base, but I didn’t quite get it to go that far, but we’re secure and no one is taking this one! If there were instructions, I’d give this more stars, it’s well built, seems durable and so far, it works for the stations that I listen to – we’ll see how that holds up on the next road trip, where I can normally get reception of my local stations for about 60-70 miles.
