Fit, machining and materials are very good, nicely finished with well designed openings for the Insta360 X3’s doors. The two cold shoes are useful, and the silicone cap fits snugly over the Insta360 Lens Guards. The metal case does add some mass to the camera and a selfie stick. For me, though, the camera protection is well worth the added weight. I am very pleased with this purchase, an excellent value!

The media could not be loaded.I was using an off-brand GoPro STYLE mount, which failed due to excessive vibration. I did not have lens protectors in place. Speed was 45mph. I know that I was lucky in that it didn’t LAND on the lens, but if the case was not there it would have been toast regardless. Thanks!
